“Colonial Addition & Remodel”

The couple desired to update and “open up” their large, boxy Colonial, and add architectural details that the original home lacked. We reconfigured the first floor adding an 8’ addition the length of the back of the home. We also eliminated walls between the original kitchen and dining areas, and added half walls with pillars to open up the space to include the new “sitting room” into the newly design kitchen/dining area. The outcome is a Traditional New England colonial with timeless elegance that reflects the homeowner’s combined personalities and their love for family and gatherings.
